PATENTS AND INVENTIONS

 

As a result of our tradition of research and implementation activity conducted over the years the Institute developed many inventions and submitted them to the Polish Patent Office in order to obtain patent protection.


Some patent protection terms for inventions have already ceased, whereas for other inventions patent protection still remains valid. Recently submitted inventions are still pending decision of the Polish Patent Office. Information on terminated patent protection may be found on the web site of the Polish Patent Office.


Below You may find  inventions with patent protection in force and inventions submitted to the Office and still pending patent decision. Two digit numbers listed below stand for identification codes according to WIPO standard (generally used by patent authorities), they precede the information on inventions:
