Activity goals:
- Integration seminars
- meetings with the following Department Deans: Construction, Mechanics, Electrotechnics and Automatics, Production Engineering Management,
- meetings of scientific employees and individual departments in order to set research priorities for the forthcoming years and establishing joint teams to prepare research projects and submit applications for subsiding research from many sources (VI Framework Research Programme).
- Promotion of consortium activity
- maintaining close contacts with the government authorities and voivodeship self-governing authorities, city Opole and other communes and districts,
- participation in seminars, conferences and meetings devoted to implementation of innovations in industry ,
- addressing mass media to present activity of the consortium,
- cooperation with The Opole Technology Park.
- Establishing Centre for Technology Transfer and conducting consultancy with the regional authorities and selected economic organisations on the scope of activity of the Centre.
